The starting point

The website had around 70 pages, including blog posts and case studies. However, it relied heavily on branded searches, meaning many visitors were already searching for the company by name.

The website also had gaps in its content. Some pages needed better content, some topics were missing, and important comparison, alternatives, feature and commercial pages needed improvement.

The website also needed technical SEO fixes, better internal linking and improvements to its structure during a redesign and migration.

The main goal was to help the website attract more visitors searching for parking management software, even if they had never heard of the company before.

What we built

We worked on technical SEO, content planning, on-page optimisation and website structure.

  • Website and content audit: Reviewed existing pages and decided which pages to delete, merge, rewrite, improve or create.

  • Topical map: Developed a content plan covering more than 200 relevant topics around parking management software.

  • Content creation: Prepared semantic content briefs and worked on blog posts, comparison pages, alternatives pages, feature pages, commercial pages and case studies.

  • On-page SEO: Improved headings, page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, URLs and internal links.

  • Technical SEO: Addressed relevant URL and redirect issues, broken internal links, indexing controls and problems found during website migration.

  • Website structure: Connected relevant informational content to commercial pages through internal links.

  • Tracking and reporting: Worked on analytics configuration and monitored organic search performance through Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

No backlink-building campaign was undertaken during this engagement.

The outcome

The supplied Google Search Console report showed improvements in organic clicks and average ranking position during a three-month comparison.

  • Organic clicks increased by approximately 14.6%, from 21,300 to 24,400.

  • Average position improved from 16.7 to 10.8.

  • Click-through rate increased from 11.3% to 13.4%.

These results show that the website received more organic clicks and achieved a better average ranking position during the reported comparison.

The main goal was to improve the website's visibility for relevant searches related to parking management software, rather than depending mainly on people already searching for the company by name.

Overall, the work focused on improving the website's content, technical foundation and visibility for relevant parking management software searches.
