How we name the work inside the Authority Engine.

Coverage Sprint: The first phase of delivery, where publishing volume runs high to complete a Topical Blueprint quickly.
Authority Sustain: The second phase, where volume steps down and focus shifts to expansion, revival and defence.
Content Revival: Rewriting and republishing existing pages that already rank, usually the fastest source of measurable movement.
Ranking velocity: How quickly a newly published page reaches its ranking position. A key indicator of topical authority.

Words that change by country, and matter for search.

Multifamily: US term for apartment communities and residential portfolios.
HOA: Homeowners association. The owner body for a US residential community.
Block management: UK term for managing multi-unit residential buildings on behalf of owners.
Managing agent: UK term for a property manager.
Strata: Australian term for a scheme of individually owned units with shared common property.
Owners corporation: Australian term for the owner body in a strata scheme.
Condo corporation: Canadian term for the owner body in a condominium.

Terms that show up when visibility moves beyond Google.

Branded search: People searching for a company by name. The clearest evidence of brand authority.
Share of model: How often a brand is named in AI answers compared to named competitors. The AI equivalent of share of voice.
Entity: A distinct thing a search engine recognises and holds information about, such as a company or product.
sameAs schema: Structured data that connects a website to its other properties, so a search engine treats them as one entity.
llms.txt: A file placed at a site's root describing the site for AI crawlers.
