    Full-Stack SEO Audit

    $3,50021 days

    Everything. Technical, content, competitive, commercial.

    Book an audit

You have probably had one before. It sat in a folder.

The standard SEO audit is a crawler export with commentary. Two hundred issues, colour coded, sorted by a severity score the tool assigned rather than by what it would actually cost you.

It arrives as a spreadsheet. Nobody knows which twelve matter. Six months later nothing has been implemented and everyone concludes SEO does not work.

What makes an audit useful

It has to answer four questions in plain language.

  1. 1Why is this site not ranking?
  2. 2What specifically is causing it?
  3. 3What order should we fix things in?
  4. 4What happens if we do?

An audit that does not answer those four is a list, not a diagnosis. A crawler produces a list in ten minutes.

Four layers, because a problem in any one of them caps everything else.

  • 01

    Technical

Whether search engines can reach your pages, render them, understand them and trust them.

    • Full crawl vs sitemap, index coverage by page type
    • Robots, canonicals, index bloat, orphans, redirect chains
    • Architecture, internal link graph, anchor patterns
    • Raw vs rendered HTML across templates — where SaaS fails most
    • Core Web Vitals by template, schema, international config
  • 02

    Content

What you have published, what it is doing, and what is missing.

    • Full inventory with page-by-page performance
    • Coverage mapped: covered, partial, missing
    • Cannibalisation, decay, and intent mismatch
    • Striking-distance pages (positions 5–20)
    • Audience alignment: buyer of software vs resident of the building
  • 03

    Competitive

Who is winning, why, and where they are weak.

    • Competitor tiering: direct, category, and actual SERP owners
    • Content coverage extraction per competitor
    • Plain-language reasons they outrank you
    • Topical gaps and prioritisation
    • Backlink and authority comparison
  • 04

    Commercial

Whether traffic could convert if it arrived.

    • Organic path to trial or demo request
    • Money-page and comparison-page coverage
    • Tracking: can you attribute a signup to organic?
    • Honest call if conversion is broken before rankings

Four things, all of them usable.

  • 01

    The audit report

Findings in plain language. Every item states what it is, what it costs you, and what fixing it involves.

  • 02

    The prioritised action plan

Impact against effort. Quick wins separated from structural work. First, second, third — not two hundred items at once.

  • 03

    The presentation call

Ninety minutes. We walk findings, answer questions, and argue if you disagree. Recorded for your team.

  • 04

    The developer specification

Technical findings as implementable tickets with acceptance criteria. Your developers can pick this up directly.

That last one — the developer specification — is the part almost nobody provides, and the difference between an audit that gets implemented and one that does not.

The credit

The full $3,500 is credited against your first month if you start a retainer within 60 days of delivery. The audit is useful on its own — charging twice for the same work would be dishonest.

What we need from you

CMS access, Search Console, Analytics, and a named contact who can answer product questions. Roughly two hours of your time in total.

Three situations where this is the right thing to buy.

  • Not ready for twelve months

Buy the audit, take the plan, implement yourself. If you want us afterwards, the fee comes off.

  • Need to justify SEO internally

A board wants evidence. Specific broken items, cost and fix-path beat a vague proposal.

  • Agency, flat results

Independent view: wrong strategy, wrong execution, or simply early in a twelve-month process. We will say which.

Two situations where we will say no.

  • You want a quick score

A tool will give you a scan for forty dollars a month. Legitimate — and not this.

  • Nothing will be implemented

An audit with no action is an expensive document. Save the money.

Three things, and the first one matters most.

  • 01

    We work in one market

Property management software only. We already know your buyer, competitors and the four market vocabularies.

  • 02

    We can read your codebase

Next.js rendering problems are invisible in a standard crawl. Repo access or outside tests — we look properly.

  • 03

    AI visibility baseline included

Buyers ask AI before results pages. Almost no audit in this market covers that. This one does.

This is month one of the full system, sold separately.

Inside a retainer, the Full-Stack SEO Audit is the first deliverable. It lands within 30 days and is covered by our milestone guarantee.

Bought standalone, it is the same work. Same depth, same four layers, same developer specification. In a retainer we implement it. Standalone, you do.

Common questions.

Ask what it contained. If it was a crawler export sorted by severity score, with no commercial layer, no competitive coverage analysis, no prioritisation by impact against effort and no developer specification, then almost all of it would be different. If it had all of those, you may not need another one and we will say so.

The AI visibility check is free and takes three days. It covers where you appear in AI answers, which is genuinely useful and often surprising. The full audit is three weeks of work across four layers and we do not give that away.

Then it says that. We have told companies their existing agency was doing the right work and they were simply too early to see results. That is a more useful answer than a manufactured problem, and it is why the audit is worth paying for.

We will tell you what we would do next and what it would cost, once, on the presentation call. If the answer is no, that is the end of it. There is no sequence afterwards.

The AI Visibility Audit covers one thing in depth: your presence across AI platforms, with a remediation plan. The Full-Stack SEO Audit covers everything, and includes an AI visibility baseline within it. If AI visibility is your specific concern, buy the smaller one.

Occasionally, where the work is closely adjacent. Usually not. Our value here is that we already know this market, and that advantage disappears elsewhere.

Twenty one days, four layers, and a plan your team can actually use.
