International data transfers

This section matters and we want to be clear about it.

Our team is based in Pakistan. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Canada or Australia, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in Pakistan.

Pakistan has not received an adequacy decision from the UK government or the European Commission. This means the transfer relies on other safeguards.

We protect transferred data by:

  • Limiting access to team members who need it to do their work
  • Using reputable service providers who maintain their own international transfer safeguards
  • Applying appropriate technical and organisational security measures
  • Entering into Standard Contractual Clauses where required by a client contract

If you would like more detail about these safeguards, contact us at growth@raazitech.net and we will explain them.

Analytics data — Fourteen months, in line with our Google Analytics retention setting.

Client records — For the duration of the engagement and seven years afterwards, where required for tax and accounting purposes.
