How they actually search
“software for a 200 unit property”
“California HOA compliance software”
“[Competitor] alternatives”
“guest parking not tracking violations”
A property manager looking for software does not type in a category name and browse. They search by the problem in front of them.
They search by unit count, because a tool built for 40 units does not work at 400. They search by state or council regulation, because compliance requirements differ everywhere. They search by competitor name, because someone already gave them a shortlist. They search by operational failure, because something broke last week and they need it not to break again.
By the time they reach a demo form they have compared four products, read two review sites and asked an AI which one to pick.
An agency that has never worked in this market learns all of that on your budget. We already know it.
A US buyer searches for multifamily software. A UK managing agent searches for block management software. An Australian strata manager searches for something different again. A Canadian buyer uses a fourth set of terms.
These are not translations. They are separate keyword universes with separate competitors, separate regulations and separate search behaviour. A page built for one will not rank in the others.
Most agencies working in this space cover one market. We build for all four.
If you sell into more than one of these markets, you need more than one topical map. Most companies are running one.

Everything below is bought by the same person: a property manager, community manager, managing agent or strata manager. That is why we cover all of it. One buyer, learned properly, sold to across every segment they purchase from.

Your buyers search "[competitor] alternatives" and "[competitor] vs [competitor]" constantly, because that is how software gets shortlisted. Most companies in this market have either no comparison pages or one thin page covering everything.
Blog content aimed at residents rather than at the people who buy software. Traffic goes up, demo requests do not move, and eventually someone concludes SEO does not work.
A single set of pages using US terminology, expected to rank in the UK and Australia. It will not, because the words are different and so is everything behind them.
The pages that actually convert are buried, poorly linked internally, and receive no authority from anything published around them.
Buyers ask ChatGPT or Perplexity which platform suits their situation. Competitors get named. You do not. This is now happening before the buyer ever reaches a search results page.
How we fix it
Five pillars, one system, built and implemented by us. Not recommendations handed over for someone else to act on.
Authority Engine · core system
01
Clears the path so search engines can reach, render and trust every page. Indexation, architecture, internal linking, rendering, performance, schema and multi market setup.
02
Every page written against a full brief carrying query semantics, lexical semantics, frame semantics, n-gram analysis and entity requirements. Every page, including supporting content.
03
Your complete subject mapped before anything is written, then covered in sequence. Core pages that carry revenue, outer pages that build the authority making them rank.
04
Entity establishment, review platform presence, industry placement and community contribution, so buyers start searching for you by name.
05
Prompt research, answer engineering, citation building and monthly tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Claude and Google AI Overviews.
The Blueprint separates two kinds of page.
Product pages, feature pages, use case pages, comparison pages, alternative pages, integration pages and pricing. In this market that typically means pages covering things like violation tracking, guest parking, online rent collection, maintenance request handling and tenant screening compliance, plus a comparison page for every competitor your buyers shortlist you against. There is a fixed number of these, because they are defined by your product. We cover all of them first.
Operational and regulatory content around the subject. How to handle a parking violation in a gated community. What a reserve study needs to include. Section 20 consultation requirements. Fair housing considerations in tenant screening. State by state notice periods. This is where the volume is, and it is what makes your core pages rank.
The Blueprint sequences both, so nothing is published in isolation and every cluster strengthens the pages it was built to support.

Occasionally, where the work is closely adjacent. Usually not. The reason this works is that we know one market properly rather than four badly.
Two markets are included in COVERAGE and up to four in AUTHORITY. Additional markets beyond your plan are $1,800 per month each.
Almost always yes, and usually more than expected, because buyers in this market search by problem rather than by product category. Niche products often have less competition and higher intent. The AI visibility check will give you a sense of this before you commit to anything.
First measurable movement typically appears in month two, driven by revived existing pages. Compounding gains from new content usually start around month four. Months one and two will look like a lot of work and not much movement, because that is what building a foundation looks like.
Usually three things. Every page would get a full semantic brief instead of a keyword and an outline. Technical work would actually get implemented rather than recommended. And you would start appearing in AI answers, which almost nobody in this market is currently working on.
Yes. We implement directly where we have access, and provide specifications plus code review where your team prefers to own the change.
No sales sequence. Just the results.
We will check where your product appears when a property manager asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Claude or Google AI about software in your category. Free, three working days, no call required.
Most companies in this market have never checked. The result is usually surprising.
