01

Getting started

No. Our pricing is published, so you already know what the plans cost. If none of them fit, say so and we will tell you whether there is another way to work together.

No. If you run the AI visibility check we send the report and stop. If you book a call we have a conversation. Neither leads to a drip campaign.

We look at your site beforehand, so we arrive with observations rather than questions. Thirty minutes. If it is a fit we talk about next steps. If it is not, we say so and suggest where else to look.

Onboarding takes about a week from signature. We take on one new client per month, because onboarding consumes far more senior time than steady delivery and doing two at once produces a poor experience for both.

Once we are at proposal stage, yes, subject to their agreement. Some of our work is under confidentiality agreements, in which case we will say so rather than pretend otherwise.

02

Pricing and plans

Because the model needs it. Coverage Sprint runs four to six months depending on plan, first movement appears around month two, and compounding starts around month four. A shorter term would mean stopping before the system does what it is built to do, which serves nobody.

Three guarantees cover it. Miss delivery and that month is credited. Miss milestones and month one is free. Miss ninety day performance and the next month is free.

First measurable movement usually appears in month two, driven by revived existing pages. Compounding gains from new content typically start around month four. Months one and two will look like a lot of work and not much movement, because that is what building a foundation looks like. We would rather say this now than have you worry about it later.

Yes. Additional markets are $1,800 per month and can be added at any point.

Additional pages are billed at published per unit rates. If you consistently need more, we move you to the next tier rather than billing overage every month.

We offer a standalone Full Stack SEO Audit and a standalone AI Visibility Audit. Everything else is a retainer, because the system does not work in fragments.

Match your revenue band. The plans are built around what a company at each stage can realistically absorb and act on. If you are between bands, take the lower one and upgrade if you outgrow it.

03

The AI visibility check

Yes. It takes us a few hours and it is the most useful thing we can show a company we have never worked with.

No. We send the report. If you want to talk after reading it, you tell us.

AI answers vary between sessions, so a single test is close to meaningless. We run each prompt multiple times across every platform and report frequency rather than a one off result. That gives a far more reliable picture.

Then you will have documented proof of it, and we will tell you so plainly. That is a genuinely useful thing to know.

No. Most companies who run the check never become clients, and that is fine.

An SEO audit looks at how you perform in search results. This looks at whether you appear in the answers buyers get before they reach a search result. They are related but they are not the same thing, and a site can do well on one and badly on the other.

We use it to run the check and nothing else. We do not share it, sell it or pass it to anyone.

04

Who we work with

Occasionally, where the work is closely adjacent. Usually not. The reason this works is that we know one market properly rather than four badly.

Two markets are included in COVERAGE and up to four in AUTHORITY. Additional markets beyond your plan are $1,800 per month each.

Almost always yes, and usually more than expected, because buyers in this market search by problem rather than by product category. Niche products often have less competition and higher intent. The AI visibility check will give you a sense of this before you commit to anything.

Usually three things. Every page would get a full semantic brief instead of a keyword and an outline. Technical work would actually get implemented rather than recommended. And you would start appearing in AI answers, which almost nobody in this market is currently working on.

Yes. We implement directly where we have access, and provide specifications plus code review where your team prefers to own the change.

05

Technical and delivery

No. Most of the issues we find on WordPress sites are plugin and template related and are straightforward to fix. Page builders make performance harder to optimise, but not impossible.

Yes, and this is where we add the most value. Rendering issues on JavaScript frameworks are the most common cause of content that exists but does not rank, and they are the issues most agencies cannot diagnose.

Not necessarily. We implement directly where we have access, which is faster. Where you would rather your own team owned changes, we provide specifications and review the code afterwards.

We work in staging where one exists, we take a baseline before any structural change, and we monitor for two weeks after. Migration safety is a service we sell, so our own work has to meet that standard.

We offer a standalone Full Stack SEO Audit. Ongoing technical work is part of the system rather than a separate retainer, because technical work without content produces a fast site that still does not rank.
